Couscous started their famed journey in northern Africa and continue to bring high protein and fiber to your diet. However, our couscous are made here in the US.
Ingredients: Organic Organic Semoline (Wheat)
Packaging: Paper bag with plastic liner, please separate to recycle. The paper can go in single stream recycling and plastic can be recycled at any grocery store.

Cooking instructions: Bring water to a boil in a pot and then simmer. Use 1 cup of couscous to 1.5 cups water. Empty couscous into the pot of water and cook for about 7-8 minutes or until al dente!
