Pitted mix of authentic Greek varietal olives (Kalamata, Mt. Pelion, and Mt. Athos) in aromatic wild herbs. Convenient and delicious ingredient for salads and pastas, or just to snack on!

Ingredients: Olives, water, red wine vinegar, sea salt, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, spices, bay leaves, citric acid.

Storage / Shelf life: Shelf life 14 months. Keep the olives submerged in the oils to preserve freshness.
