Ingredients: Lentils, organic brown rice flour, organic hemp hearts, organic fennel, garlic, organic chia seeds, organic hemp protein, organic ground flaxseed, organic brown rice flour, amaranth flour, lentil flour, psyllium husk powder, Himalayan sea salt, organic black pepper, organic Italian herbs
Goes well with: A fried egg. A few slices of fresh tomato. Maybe even some sautéed mushrooms. Soon you’ll have a full English breakfast.

Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen.
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Lightly brush patty with oil, place onto baking sheet. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side. Violá.
Pan(preferred): Heat non-stick pan to medium heat. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, then cook for another 4, or until desired level of ~crisp~ is achieved.
