All while having more bioavailable, absorbable protein per bite compared to the “other guys”.
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen.
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Lightly brush patty with oil, place onto baking sheet. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side. Violá.
Pan (preferred): Heat non-stick pan to medium heat. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, then cook for another 4, or until desired level of ~crisp~ is achieved.
Goes well with: A fried egg. A few slices of fresh tomato. Maybe even some sautéed mushrooms. Soon you’ll have a full English breakfast.
We love it in: Stuffed bell peppers. Imagine making the best filling for stuffed peppers ever. That’s what this hemp breakfast sausage tastes like. Game Changer.
