These stuffed dumplings are one of the most popular dishes in Nepal. Each serving includes 5 momos filled with fresh vegetables and an amazing dipping sauce. Made in Boulder.
Oven – Preheat your oven to 390 °F, place momos on a tray and heat for 5 minutes
Microwave – Place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute
Goes well with: The accompanying dipping sauce!
Filling – Cabbage, Carrot, Broccoli, Cilantro, Onion, Ginger, Green Onions, Tofu, Garlic, Masala, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Salt
Wrap – Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Cornstarch
Sauce – Tomato, Garlic, Dried Chili, Onion, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Salt

About Chiri’s Momos: Chiri, who grew up in Kathmandu, and Sanjay—born in Kashmir—became friends when they started working at nearby downtown shops. According to Sanjay, every time they cooked the favorite foods from their homelands, family and friends raved and urged them to feed the public. So they grabbed a cart spot on the Pearl Street Mall!
