Our pastas are crafted from a blend of fresh milled in house heritage and ancient wheat and durum flour. They are all organic and whole grain.
Cooking Directions: Boil water with plenty of salt, add fettucine, separate the bundles with a fork and let cook for 1 minute only. Three nests of Fettucine = 2 servings.
