Small batch gnocchetti sardi, also known as malloredus (a Sardinian specialty!)
Cooking Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil with plenty of salt
- Add pasta and cook for 6-8 minutes
- Drain immediately and coat in your favorite sauce!
