    • Grain Varieties: Expresso and Yecora Rojo (Rustic, Spicy, Earthy)
    • Grown and harvested in Columbia Basin, WA.

  • (25%) Central Milling High Mountain
    • Organic Dark Northern Spring Wheat grown in the deep volcanic soil of the Pacific Northwest.
    • Milled in Collinston, Utah.
  • (25%) Bay State Milling Columbine
    • Artisan bread flour. USDA NOP Certified and Sourced from USA family farms.
    • Milled in Platteville, CO
  • (5%) Organic Spelt
