Rescued • Pasture Raised
Pullet eggs are from young chickens so they're a little smaller. They have brightly colored yolks and a unique richness that eggs from an older hen simply don’t have. Pullet eggs also hold together beautifully (like little mountains) in the pan, so are incredible for poaching and frying.
Since they are smaller, farmers can't sell them through their normal channels, so we're helping to get some of these amazing eggs into appreciative mouths. Sourced from local farms and of course, humanely raised.
Goes well with: Marinara sauce. use this as the foundation for a delicious Shakshuka!
Packaging: Comes in a previously used egg carton, we'd also be happy to get the cartons back to use them again!
