Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of vitamin E, vitamin B5, manganese, magnesium, copper, selenium, phosphorus, and folate!
Ingredients: Organic Sprouting and Hulled Sunflower Seeds
Packaging: Brought to you in a reusable glass jar, please return it for cleaning and reuse (and to get your jar deposit back minus a small cleaning fee).
Storage / Shelf life: One year if properly stored. Store in a cool, dry, dark area. Can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.

Instructions for Use:
- Soak. Soak seeds for 6-8 hours to begin germination process.
- Rinse. Rinse the seeds, and drain well. Return them to the jar and attach the lid. Place the jar at an angle into a small bowl to catch any excess water and leave it on the counter top, out of direct sunlight.
- Sprout. Rinse and drain the seeds two to three times daily, for three days. Your sprouted sunflower seeds are ready when a little shoot appears. Enjoy them like this, or leave them a day or two longer.
- Eat! Rinse your sprouts one more time before eating, at this point the hard shell and seed casing should easily come off of the sprouts.
