Why Short Baked?
Most granolas are baked for 30-45 minutes, which is great for shelf-life, but not so great for flavor. Spark + Honey granolas are baked for just about 8-10 minutes, for a crisp, light texture without the overriding “toasted” taste that hides all the glorious flavor of our premium and fresh ingredients, like raw coconut, lemon zest and spices. Our customers repeatedly tell us our granolas are the best-tasting granolas they’ve ever had.
