Nude Foods Market is partnering with Conscious Cleanse to offer a cleanse-approved meal! The meal serves 3-4 people each, follows the Conscious Cleanse guidelines, is ready within 10 minutes, and delicious to eat!

Yellow Curry with Asian Salad (Vegan & GF):

Think you’ve had yellow curry before? Think again! This curry is so yellow, you might even call it orange. Sweet potatoes, carrots…and of course chickpeas for protein. Pair that with an Asian mixed green salad and you’ve got all our favorite colors in one dish.


To Prepare:
Heat the curry and rice separately. Serve curry with rice. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
Ingredients: 

Jar 1 – Yellow Curry: Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, Chickpeas, Curry Powder, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Coconut Milk, Salt, Pepper, Ginger, Garlic
Jar 2 – Brown Rice
Jar 3 – Asian Salad: Mixed Greens, Carrots, Cucumber, Jicama
Jar 4 – Salad Dressing: Rice Vinegar, Dijon, Ginger, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper

Creamy Cauliflower Soup with Mediterranean Quinoa Salad (Vegan & GF):

Did you know that a head of cauliflower is a flower that’s not fully developed? It’s also chock full of vitamin C, perfect for the transition to colder seasons. This thick and creamy cauliflower soup will keep you warm and cozy this fall. Served with quinoa salad for a clean protein boost!

To Prepare:Heat soup on the stovetop. Top soup with kale chips. Douse quinoa in dressing and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Jar 1 – Soup: Cauliflower, Onion, Garlic, Coconut Milk, Salt, Pepper
