Cooking Directions: Bring two cups water or broth up to medium high heat until it reaches a rolling boil. Add 1 cup millet to the boiling water. Water will settle for a bit, stir rice constantly until it reaches a boil again. Cover the pan and reduce the heat down to medium-low (gently simmering). Leave undisturbed for about 18 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and millet is fluffy. Fluff with a fork, then cover and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
