These little Love Buns are a delightful alternative to the standard dinner roll. They’re light, slightly sweet, flavorful and surprisingly gluten free! Perfect for your Thanksgiving dinner (and any other day of the week according to our children). There is endless love poured into making these buns and we use only ingredients you can pronounce and enjoy.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Brown Rice Flour, Gluten-Free Sorghum Flour, Gluten-Free Organic Buckwheat Flour, Gluten-Free Potato Starch, Organic Coconut Sugar, Aquafaba (Chickpea Water), Organic Flax Seeds, Organic Psyllium Husk, Sunflower Oil, Organic Vinegar, Salt, Yeast, And Xanthan Gum.
Packaging: Brought to you in a reusable glass jar, please return it for cleaning and reuse (and to get your jar deposit back minus a small cleaning fee).
Storage / Shelf life: Keep in the refrigerator for up to one week. If you want to defrost from frozen, be sure the container is open when it defrosts. Once the bread has defrosted one can store it in a dry container out of the fridge for 3 days.
