Ingredients: Certified gluten-free organic oats and oat flour, gluten-free organic buckwheat flour, organic coconut sugar, organic psyllium husk, organic raisins, yeast, salt and Swedish bread spice mix
Packaging: Brought to you in a reusable glass jar, please return it for cleaning and reuse (and to get your jar deposit back minus a small cleaning fee).
Storage / Shelf life: Keep in the refrigerator for up to one week. If you want to defrost from frozen, be sure the container is open when it defrosts. Once the bread has defrosted one can store it in a dry container out of the fridge for 3 days.
