Cooking Directions / To Prepare / To Use:
Heat or boil water to 200 degrees F. Add HOT water to 1 tsp of Karha; alter this ratio to taste. Steep for 5-6 mins. All spices will settle at the base when steeped. Add Milk and Sweetener to taste if desired. If you get some spices in your mouth, it’s all good! The spices provide a boost of flavor. Options: use a Tea ball or a French press. Don’t throw away the spices! Use them to brew a second cup, and compost them when you’re done.
