Cooking Directions: Bring 1 ½ cups water and ¼ teaspoon salt to a boil in a medium pot. Add 1 cup amaranth, reduce heat and simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.Ingredients: Organic Amaranth
