Olive oil can be used in almost anything and is a great source of healthy fats! The Extra Virgin classification means our olive oil has the lowest acid classification for a smooth, whole taste and clean burn when frying.
Goes well with: Our Produce Box contents (for roasting and frying!) or mix with our Organic Balsamic Vinegar for a simple salad dressing!

Packaging: Brought to you in a reusable glass jar, please return it for cleaning and reuse (and to get your jar deposit back minus a small cleaning fee).
Storage / Shelf Life: Store olive oil in a dark-colored glass bottle, which helps to keep out the light, or in a stainless steel container. This will protect the oil from exposure to sunlight. The shelf life of extra virgin olive oil is around 12-24 mo.
