About Cliffhouse Kombucha: Cliffhouse is a family recipe and culture that has been passed down from generations, originating in Germany.  In 1985 Cliffhouse was born and is still being produced by a Jamestown, CO family in small batches.  The ingredients used are carefully selected to match flavor in balance with this family's culture.  This is a low sugar Kombucha and relies more on the acidity from the fermentation and the subtle companion flavors to drive these options.
