That's right, folks. Orzo. Also known as risoni, orzo is a form of short-cut pasta, shaped like a large grain of rice. It's as delicious hot as it is cold, and can be a great base to salads, traditional pasta dishes, or any wild creations you might dream up!
Goes well with Pesto!
Cooking Directions: Bring 2 cups of lightly salted water to a boil. Add 1 cup dried orzo, boiling it for about 10 minutes or until it has a firm, chewy texture, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking together.
