Peppermint tea is the perfect choice for an after-meal drink. Not technically a tea, but rather an herb, it has multiple benefits. The oils naturally stimulate the digestive process, the flavor freshens your breath, and a cup can help settle a queasy stomach.
To Use: Boil water. Put peppermint tea into the teapot or your tea ball infuser and place in mug, then add hot water. Cover teapot and steep. Strain peppermint leaves and pour hot tea into a teacup.
Packaging: Brought to you in a reusable glass jar, please return it for cleaning and reuse (and to get your jar deposit back minus a small cleaning fee).
