Start with 1 teaspoon a day of Superfruit C for the first week, then 2 teaspoons per day the following week, then 3-4 teaspoons per day to maintain optimum cellular happiness. Since most of the vitamins in these Superfruits are water-soluble, it's best to take two small or medium size doses per day. The disadvantage to taking one large dose is that some of it might be partially excreted by your kidneys before it can be fully absorbed by the body.
