Thanksgiving - Vegan Wellington & Mushroom Gravy

Are you looking for an absolutely delicious vegan main dish that will WOW both vegetarians and omnivores? Look no further! Our house-made vegan Wellington is sure to impress your guests. Our vegan mushroom gravy is included. 

Order by Mon 11/23 at NOON for local delivery and in-store pickup.

Instructions: Serves 8 people

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Remove frozen Wellington and place on the middle oven rack
3. Bake for 50-75 minutes. Wellington is ready once golden brown on top and an internal temperature of 165 is reached
4. Take out and let cool for 15 minutes
5. Heat gravy on the stovetop, stirring occasionally. 
6. Serve Wellington with gravy.

Wellington: Split Pea Tempeh*, Butternut Squash*, Onion*, Olive Oil*, Garlic*, Rosemary*, Sage*, Spinach*, Salt, Puff Pastry [Enriched Wheat Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Ascorbic Acid (added as a dough conditioner), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Shortening (Palm Oil, Beta Carotene (Color)), Salt, Vital Wheat Gluten]
