Cooking Directions: Boil 4 cups of water over high heat, then add 1 cup of polenta. Lower the temperature to low and simmer, stirring until polenta begins to thicken (about 5 minutes). Then cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.Ingredients: Organic Polenta
