Nude Foods Market is partnering with Conscious Cleanse to offer two cleanse-approved meals! The meals serve 3-4 people each, follow the Conscious Cleanse guidelines, are ready within 10 minutes, and delicious to eat!

Immunity Soup with Spinach Salad (Vegan + GF):

One of our most requested soups! This is jam packed with ingredients that naturally boost your immune system, keeping you healthy all winter long. And we’ve paired it with a roasted veggie salad to give your body the nutrients it needs to stay healthy.

To Prepare: Heat soup and top with chickpeas. Toss salad with dressing and enjoy!

Ingredients: 

Jar 1 – Soup: Onion, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Red Lentils, Kale, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt
Jar 2 – Chickpeas, Avocado Oil, Salt, Pepper, Smoked Paprika
Jar 3 – Salad: Mixed Greens, Roasted Broccoli, Roasted Carrots, Roasted Onions, Roasted Cauliflower, Avocado Oil, Salt, Pepper
Jar 4 – Dressing: Avocado Oil, Balsamic, Dijon*, Salt, Pepper

Fall Vegetable Bowl with Brown Rice and Arugula (Vegan + GF):

We bring you, perhaps the most scrumptious and nutritious bowl you’ve ever eaten. Compared to white rice, brown rice has a much lower glycemic index so it doesn’t cause blood sugar to spike, and can decrease your risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. Plus we’ve paired it with a rainbow of hearty fall veggies to add in tons of nutrients while being as delicious as possible!

To Prepare:Enjoy hot or cold. Layer in your bowl with greens on the bottom, then the grains, then the veggies and top with dressing!
