For the April 10 cleanse, Nude Foods Market is partnering with Conscious Cleanse to offer two cleanse-approved meals! The meals serve 3-4 people each, follow the Conscious Cleanse guidelines, are ready within 10 minutes, and delicious to eat!

Yellow Curry (Vegan & GF): Think you’ve had yellow curry before? Think again. This curry is so yellow, you might even call it orange. Sweet potatoes, butternut squash, carrots…and of course chickpeas for protein. Pair that with a mixed green salad and ginger dressing and you’ve got all our favorite colors in one dish.
To Prepare:
Heat the curry and rice separately. Serve curry with rice. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
Jar 1 – Organic sweet potatoes, organic butternut squash, organic onions, organic garlic, organic coconut milk, organic carrots, chickpeas, organic curry powder, organic turmeric, organic cumin, organic coriander, organic black pepper, salt. Jar 2 – organic brown rice. Jar 3 – Organic mixed greens, shredded carrot, organic cucumber, jicama. Jar 4 – Organic rice vinegar, organic olive oil, dijon mustard, organic ginger, organic garlic, organic black pepper, salt.

Crunchy Power Salad (Vegan & GF): Crunchy Power Salad – Think a salad can’t be a meal? This salad could feed an army, make them realize we really shouldn’t be fighting anyway, and there will still be some left over to share with their new friends across the battlefield. We start with a generous helping of fresh mixed greens, then give you a rainbow of toppings that cover all your nutritional needs for the week: shredded carrot, cucumber, snow peas, beets, jicama, green onions. Add marinaded tempeh, and finish it off with a creamy avocado dressing.
To Prepare:
Top your greens with the abundance of vegetables, and tempeh, toss with the creamy avocado dressing – feel good about your choices.
Jar 1 – Mixed greens. Jar 2 – Organic carrots, organic beets, jicama, organic cucumber, organic peas. Jar 3 – Organic coconut cream, organic avocado, organic lime juice, organic lemon juice, organic fresh cilantro, organic black pepper, salt. Jar 4 – Split pea tempeh (Organic Yellow & Green Split Peas, Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Fungi Starter (Rhizopus Oligosporus), Organic coconut aminos.
