Buttery puff pastry, steak-style seitan, kale, herbed yams, herbed mushrooms, cranberry shallot stuffing, mushroom shallot gravy. Sold frozen for easy at-home baking
Serves 5-7 hungry hippos!
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Remove packaging from frozen Wellington and place on the middle oven rack
- Bake for 50-75 minutes. Wellington is ready once golden brown on top and an internal temperature of 165 is reached
- Take out and let cool for 15 minutes
