Tuesday 12/9/25 (Vegan): Conchiglie with Roasted Veggies and Lemon Tahini
If you love a roasted veggie bowl with a filling grain base, this is the meal for you! We’ve got a nutrient-dense rainbow of veggies and our house-made vegan parm for some extra pizzazz.
Preparation Instructions: Enjoy warm or cold. If desired, lightly heat farro and chickpeas and veggies. Mix farro and chickpeas with veggies, top with arugula and drizzle with dressing.

12/2/25 (Vegan): Roasted Tomato and Pepper Farro Salad
Delicious, hearty, nutritious, just the thing to keep meat on your bones through these cold days.
Preparation Instructions: Enjoy warm or cold. If desired, lightly heat farro and chickpeas and veggies. Mix farro and chickpeas with veggies, top with arugula and drizzle with dressing.
