10/3 Asian Fusion (Vegan & GF): Red Thai Curry with Tofu and Sweet Potatoes
To Prepare: Heat the curry and rice separately. Serve the curry over the rice. Toss salad with dressing.
Ingredients:Jar 1 – *Garbanzo beans, *sweet potato, *tomato, tofu, *lemon juice, *garlic, *ginger, *coconut milk, *paprika. Jar 2 – Cooked jasmine rice Jar 3 – *Mixed greens, *mango, *cucumber, *red onion, and *pear. Jar 4 – *Rice vinegar, *peanut butter, *tamari, *agave and sunflower oil . *=Organic
9/26 Asian Fusion (Vegan & GF): Fried Rice: a staple, a beloved food dating back almost 1500 years. Our fried rice is less heavy on the rice and more heavy on the tofu and fresh organic vegetables. So you get more bang for your bite and we get the satisfaction of filling bellies with delicious, nutrient dense sustenance. We’ve paired this dish with our delicious Asian salad and Creamy Peanut Dressing. Yes, please!
To Prepare: Heat the veggie fried rice in a pan until hot. Top with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
Toss salad with peanut dressing and serve.
