Weekly Menus
2/1/25 Menu (Vegan + GF): Tofu & Veggie Fried Rice with Sesame Mango Salad
Preparation Instructions: Heat the veggie fried rice in a pan until hot. Top with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
Toss salad with dressing and serve.
Ingredients:
Jar 1 – Fried Rice: Rice*, Tofu*, Edamame*, Bell Pepper*, Cauliflower*, Carrots*, Green Peas*, Ginger*, Garlic*, Coconut Aminos*, Turmeric*
Jar 2 – Cilantro* & Lime*
Jar 3 – Sesame Mango Salad: Mixed Greens*, Mango*, Cucumber*, Sesame Seeds*, Peanuts*.

Preparation Instructions: Combine tofu and veggies with noodles and heat on the stove. Plate and top with peanut, cilantro and a squeeze of lime
