Weekly Menus
12/7/24 Asian Fusion (Vegan & GF): Garlicky Vegetable Tofu Stir-Fry
Preparation Instructions: Heat the tofu and vegetables and the rice separeately on the stove top. Serve tofu and vegetables over rice. Serve the salad on the side. Top everything with cashew pieces!
Ingredients:
Jar 1 – Stir-Fry: Tofu, Broccoli, Onion, Carrots, Garlic, Bell Pepper, Coconut Aminos, Garlic, Arrowroot Powder
Jar 2 – White Rice, Olive Oil, Salt
Jar 3 – Carrot and Pepper Salad: Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Celery, Red Onion, Cilantro, Sesame Seeds (Dressing: Sesame Oil, Lemon Juice, Agave, Tamari, Ginger, Garlic)
Jar 4 – Roasted Salted Cashews
