12/14/24 Chef’s Choice (Vegan): Greek-Style Orzo with Greek Salad

Preparation Instructions:  Combine the orzo with the vegetables and sauce in a pan on the stove and heat, stirring often. Toss the salad with dressing and serve.

Jar 1 – Sauce: Tomato Sauce, Kale, Bell Pepper, White Beans, Onion, Garlic, Roasted Tomato, Oregano

Jar 2 – Orzo, Olive Oil

Jar 3 – Greek Salad: Cucumber, Bell Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion, Greek Olive Mix, Mixed Greens

Jar 4 – Dressing: Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Olive oil, Oregano, Salt, Pepper

12/7/24 Chef’s Choice (Vegan): Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl with Dolmas

Chicken-fried Meati cutlets are full of mushroom powered protein, served with spiced couscous, gravy, and roasted vegetables. A classic home cooked meal ready to eat in mere minutes!

Preparation Instructions:

Heat the quinoa and chickpeas on the stovetop. Remove the olives and cucumbers from the top of the jar. Then spread the rest of the vegetables on a baking pan and heat at 375 for 10 minutes. Fill your bowl halfway with the quinoa and chickpeas, then top with roasted vegetables, olives and cucumbers. Top with lemon tahini sauce and serve the dolmas on the side. .

Ingredients:

Jar 1 – Quinoa, Spiced Chickpeas

Jar 2 –Veggies: Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Red Onion, Cherry Tomato, Greek Olives, Cucumber

Jar 3 – Lemon Tahini Sauce: Tahini, Lemon Juice, Agave, Olive Oil, Water, Salt, Pepper

Jar 4 –Dolmas: Rice, Water, Grape Leaves, Sunflower Oil, Onions, Dill, Salt, Citric Acid, Mint, Black Pepper
