Deliciously nutritious animal-free cutlets in sizes a bit too quirky for run of the mill stores!
The Meati Crispy Cutlet is our version of the classic can-you-hear-that-crunch crispy chicken cutlet. Great texture, zero hidden ingredients! Meati is free from most common allergens, including soy, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, fish and shellfish.
Cooking Directions: Keep frozen until ready to eat. Consume within 5 days once thawed.
Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Cook until crispy – about 22 minutes when thawed. Check that outside is crispy and center is 165°F. Remove, let rest for several minutes, and enjoy!
Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F. Cook until crispy – about 6 to 8 minutes when thawed. Check that outside is crispy and center is 165°F. Remove, let rest for several minutes, and enjoy!
Ingredients: Mushroom Root (mycelium), Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Natural Flavor, Acacia Gum, Oat Fiber, Chickpea Flour. Avoid if sensitive to Fungi such as Mushroom, Mold, or Yeast.
Why Rescued?: Meati has specific standards for the size their cutlets can be when given to other stores. Any piece over or under weight couldn’t be used, so we’ve partnered with Meati to find a place for them!

Weight: Each cutlet will be off the target weight (4.8 oz) by up to +/- 0.5 to 0.7 ounces (15 – 20 grams). That means that any two pack could be 1.4 ounces over or under weight. Most will be closer, but none will be exactly on the 4.8 oz. target.
