Cooking Directions: Rinse and drain sorghum well. In a sauce pan, combine 1 cup sorghum with 3 cups water. Bring to a simmer then cover with lid and simmer on low for 45-60 min. Just like with rice, you should hear hissing while cooking and it will get quiet when done.
