Take a break from cooking so you can spend more time with your family/dog/self! We create weekly menus with meals crafted from thoughtful ingredients that we would feed our kids – and we do! All you need to do is reheat and serve. It’s like takeout without all the plastic waste.

10/31/25 (Vegan): Velvety Tomato Soup w/ Southwest Salad
When life gives you locally grown heirloom tomatoes, make soup! We use fresh tomatoes and herbs to bring this soup to the next level and give you our housemade croutons to garnish. This house-made tomato soup is the perfect bite of nostalgia to get you in the autumnal spirit!
Preparation Instructions: Heat soup and top with croutons. (Bonus points for adding a swirl of olive oil!) Toss salad with dressing.
Ingredients:
Jar 1 – Tomato Soup: Local Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Basil, Bay Leaves, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper
Jar 2 -Croutons: Day-old sourdough, Olive oil, Salt, Italian Seasonings
Jar 3 – Southwest Salad: Quinoa, Tomatoes, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Roasted Corn*, Cilantro, Black Beans, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Paprika, Cumin, Salt
Jar 4 – Vegan Ranch: Vegan Mayo*, Coconut Cream, Dill, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper

10/25/25 (Vegan & GF): African Peanut Stew with Kachumbari Salad
If you’ve been a Nude Foodie since the beginning, you’ll recognize this throwback to the good ol’ days. A delicious, hearty, healthy, comfort-inducing stew served with jasmine rice and African kachumbari salad made with heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, Spanish olive oil and topped with crushed peanuts.
Preparation Instructions: Heat stew and rice separately and serve together. Salad is already dressed so just top with peanuts and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Jar 1 – African Peanut Stew: Olive Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Sweet Potato, Onion, Cumin, Tomato Paste, Peanut Butter, Kale, Salt
