7/27/24 Chef’s Choice (Vegan & GF): Super Green Goddess Bowl
Continuing with our super green theme this week…! We bring you perhaps the most scrumptious and nutritious bowl you’ve ever eaten. Mixed greens, quinoa with wild rice, local tempeh, roasted sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts, seasoned garbanzo beans, shredded carrots and cabbage topped off with a creamy cilantro sauce. I mean come on, my mouth is already watering! 
Preparation Instructions: Enjoy hot or cold. Layer in your bowl with greens on the bottom, then the grains, then the veggies and top with dressing!
Ingredients:

Jar 1 – Mixed greens

Jar 2 – Veggies (roasted sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, garbanzo beans, raw cabbage, carrots)

Jar 3 – Toppings (Quinoa, wild rice, tempeh)

Jar 4 – Creamy cilantro dressing (cashews, lemon juice, white vinegar, garlic, salt, maple syrup, water)

 

7/20/24 Chef’s Choice (Vegan & GF): Nachos
Nachoooooos. Nachos!!! Don’t think nachos are a meal? Think again. These nachos are loaded with meati, beans, veggies, and house made vegan queso. Plus a healthy serving of our housemade salsa. You’ll be stuffed, but you’ll also want more, because…Nachoooos!!!
Preparation Instructions: Arrange chips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Douse in queso , sprinkle on the beans and veggies and pop in your 400 degree oven for 8 minutes. When it’s good and toasty, pour on the salsa and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Jar 1 – Nacho Chips
Jar 2 – Vegan Queso
(Cashews, roasted red pepper, smoked paprika, salt, nutritional yeast, cumin, garlic and Water.)
Jar 3 – Toppings
(Beans, Fajita Mixed Veggies, Olive Oil, Salt, Meati [Mushroom Root (mycelium), Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Natural Flavor, Acacia Gum, Oat Fiber, Chickpea Flour].)
Jar 4 – Salsa
(Tomatoes, Onion, Cilantro, Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice, Salt.)
