7/19/25 (Vegan): Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Coleslaw
We love vegan buffalo wings, so we decided to take all that goodness and put it in a less messy combo. Instead of chicken, we use vegan Meati topped with our house made buffalo sauce (if you’ve had our buffalo tempeh wrap you know how finger-licking delicious it is). Served with a side of coleslaw for a perfect summer dinner.
Preparation Instructions: Optional: Heat up your Meati patty for a couple minutes in the air fryer or toaster oven. Assemble your buns! Serve the slaw on the side or pile it in your sandwich.
Ingredients:

Asian Fusion (Vegan & GF): Tofu & Vegetable Biryani with Dahl Soup
Biryani is a highly aromatic, mouth-watering staple dish. Because of its endless nuanced flavors, it is perhaps the most comforting meal of Indian cuisine that has been a part of community feasts, family gatherings, and almost every Indian household for ages. Served with sides of Dhal soup and Kachumber salad with cilantro to garnish.
Preparation Instructions: Heat biryani and dhal in separate pots on the stove. Serve biryani, dhal and Kachumber salad separately. Top everything with cilantro and enjoy!

This salad is delicious, filling, and full of the best flavors of summer. We’ve got all sorts of veggies in here, but the real stars of the show are the roasted corn and spiced chickpeas. Exactly the kind of food your tastebuds are craving. Smother it in our housemade vegan ranch and we guarantee you’re gonna be delighted!
