At the base of the legendary Sleeping Ute Mountain, between Four Corners Monument and Mesa Verde National Park, lies the home of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe. That’s where Bow & Arrow Brand started in 1962. We’ve been proudly producing high quality products ever since.
The tribe’s 7,700 acre farm uses state-of-the-art sustainability practices to proudly produce our award-winning NON-GMO Bow & Arrow Brand corn products. All of our corn starts in our fields. We harvest and mill the corn on the reservation then send to you and your family.
As a Member of the Colorado Grain Chain, a membership-based non-profit organization that seeks to grow and connect a vibrant community-centered grain economy in the state of Colorado, Bow & Arrow supports the vision that every household, food and beverage supplier, and maker in Colorado to use and value locally grown grains. It’s why we also became members at the start of 2023!
Cooking Directions: Sprinkle 1 cup of cornmeal slowly into 3 cups of boiling water. Lower the temperature to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes t prevent burning. Serve & add your favorite add ins (maple syrup, butter, etc.). Or use as directed in your recipe!

Packaging: Brought to you in a reusable glass jar, please return it for cleaning and reuse (and to get your jar deposit back minus a small cleaning fee).
Storage / Shelf life: Keep dry at room temperature for up to 1 year.
