Take a break from cooking so you can spend more time with your family/dog/self! We create weekly menus with meals crafted from thoughtful ingredients that we would feed our kids - and we do! All you need to do is reheat and serve. It's like takeout without all the plastic waste.

Tuesday 6/29/26 (Vegan & GF): Pad Thai

Who doesn't love Pad Thai? We're keeping this real simple with broccoli, peas, carrots, tofu, peanuts, rice noodles, lime, and cilantro - exactly as it should be! The perfect weeknight meal to please all! 

To Prepare: Combine tofu and veggies with noodles and heat on the stove. Plate and top with peanut, cilantro and a squeeze of lime

Ingredients:

Tuesday 6/23/26 (Vegan & GF): Panang Curry w/ Tofu

Panang Curry is a thick Thai curry accented with peanut butter, giving it a greater depth of flavor and luscious texture. We also took the liberty of making you a scrumdiddlyumptious salad with edamame, peanuts, carrots and cucumber.

To Prepare: Heat curry and rice separately. Serve curry over rice. Toss salad with dressing.
