Tuesday 9/1/26 (Vegan & GF): Panang Curry
Panang Curry is a thick Thai curry accented with peanut butter, giving it a greater depth of flavor and luscious texture. We also took the liberty of making you a scrumdiddlyumptious salad with edamame, peanuts, carrots and cucumber.
To Prepare: Heat curry and rice separately. Serve curry over rice. Toss salad with dressing.

Tuesday 8/25/26 (Vegan & GF): Buddha Bowl
Why is it called a buddha bowl you may ask? Will it really get you 10 steps closer to enlightenment? Why yes, yes it will. But remember, the path is long, so you'll need to come back for the next installment every week. Sautueed mushrooms, shredded cabbage and carrots, marinaded kale and cauliflower, served over brown rice and topped with fresh bean sprouts, cilantro and squeeze of lime. Don't forget to smother it in our new wasabi dressing, or your taste buds will never forgive the missed opportunity.
To Prepare: Spread tempeh and veggies out on a baking sheet and heat them in the oven at 350 or 8 minutes. Heat rice separately. Fill your bowl halfway with rice, then arrange everything else on top. Douse in wasabi dressing and enjoy!
