Tuesday 4/21/26 (Vegan & GF): Vegetable Bowl with Brown Rice and Arugula
We bring you, perhaps the most scrumptious and nutritious bowl you've ever eaten. Compared to white rice, brown rice has a much lower glycemic index so it doesn't cause blood sugar to spike, and can decrease your risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. Plus we've paired it with a rainbow of hearty fall veggies to add in tons of nutrients while being as delicious as possible!
To Prepare: Enjoy hot or cold. Layer in your bowl with greens on the bottom, then the grains, then the veggies and top with dressing!

Tuesday 4/14/26 (Vegan & GF): Berbere Chickpea Bowl with Blueberry Tomato Citrus Salad
Berbere is a staple spice in Ethiopian dishes. It mixes fiery flavors of chilies, ginger and garlic, with beautiful soft aromatics of fenugreek, cardamom, and more. You'll love it in this chickpea bowl, complete with a bright blueberry citrus salad.
To Prepare: Heat quinoa/rice blend and chickpeas. Top with salad, and douse in dressing.
