Tuesday, 2/3/26 (Vegan & GF): Middle Eastern Mezze Platter

You won’t find Falafel this good anywhere west of the Atlantic. Plus, each serving boasts 13 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. Add in a healthy serving of dolmas and tabbouleh and drown it all in our lemon tahini sauce and you’ve got yourself one deliciously healthy meal.

Preparation Instructions: Heat falafel in oven at 350 for 8 minutes. Plate with the dolmas and tabbouleh and pour dressing over everything.

Ingredients: 

Jar 1 – Falafel: Garbanzo Beans*, Garlic*, Parsley*, Onion*, Cumin*, Coriander*, Sesame Seeds*, Olive Oil*, Garbanzo Flour*

Tuesday, 1/27/25 (Vegan): Campanelle with “Sausage” and Veggies

We’ve created an Italian feast using our favorite local Pastaficio campanelle, meaning “little bell” in Italian. Pastaficio fresh mills all the ancient and heirloom grains, and handcraft each pasta with love.

Preparation Instructions: Heat the pasta and sauce separately then combine, toss salad with dressing.

Ingredients:

Jar 1 – Campanelle: (All Organic) Fresh Milled Heirloom, Ancient Wheat, Durum Flour, Water
