Take a break from cooking so you can spend more time with your family/dog/self! We create weekly menus with meals crafted from thoughtful ingredients that we would feed our kids – and we do! All you need to do is reheat and serve. It’s like takeout without all the plastic waste.

Weekly Menus

5/11/24 Chef’s Choice (Vegan): Gnocchi with Cream Sauce and House Salad
Gnocchi with a cream sauce and white beans, served along side a delicious house salad with balsamic dressing. Top it all off with some amazing sautéed veggies; broccolini, spinach, asparagus, sundried tomatoes!

5/4/24 Chef’s Choice (Vegan): Elote Bowl with Meati Cutlets and Chips
We are sooooo excited to offer this new bowl! It’s got everything: hearty quinoa topped with roasted corn, fresh cilantro, marinated cabbage, cherry tomatoes, AND crispy Meati cutlets. Plus we’re giving you the most amazing lime cilantro jalapeño dressing (don’t worry, its not spicy). You can choose to go traditional and eat it with a fork or use the chips we provide you with.
Ingredients:
Jar 1 – (Elote Bowl) Quinoa, Cherry Tomato, Cabbage, Bell Pepper, Corn.
Jar 2 – (Corn Chips) Ute Mountain Yellow Corn, High-Oleic Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Trace of Mineral Lime.
Jar 3 – (Meati Cutlets) Mushroom Root (mycelium), Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Natural Flavor, Acacia Gum, Oat Fiber, Chickpea Flour.
Jar 4 – (Dressing) Lime, Cilantro, Jalapeno, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Vegenaise (Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Filtered Water, Brown Rice Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Soy Protein, Sea Salt, Mustard Flour, Lemon Juice Concentrate) Salt, Pepper, Garlic.
Cooking Instructions: Divide the quinoa and vegetables into bowls, top with Meati and douse in dressing. Serve cold with chips on the side. Option to heat up the meati in the oven if desired.
