Weekly Menus

11/16/24 Asian Fusion (Vegan & GF): Saag with Chickpeas (Conscious Cleanse Approved)

It can be hard to get your daily dose of greens in the winter when your body is craving warm foods rather than fresh salads and such. That’s why we’ve gone ahead and made a warm, hearty meal full of greens for you!

Preparation Instructions: Heat the saag and rice separately. Serve saag over rice. Toss salad with dressing and serve.

Ingredients:

Jar 1 – Saag and Chickpeas (Chickpeas, Spinach, Coconut Milk, Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin, Paprika, Coriander, Curry, Salt, Olive Oil)

Jar 2 – Jasmine Rice, Olive Oil, Salt

Jar 3 – Salad (Mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, snap peas)

Jar 4 – Dressing (Olive Oil, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, dijon)

11/9/24 Asian Fusion (Vegan & GF): Buddah Bowl (Conscious Cleanse Approved)

Why is it called a buddha bowl you may ask? Will it really get you 10 steps closer to enlightenment? Why yes, yes it will. But remember, the path is long, so you’ll need to come back for the next installment every week. Tempeh, sauteed mushrooms, shredded cabbage and carrots, roasted kale and broccoli, served over brown rice and topped with fresh bean sprouts, cilantro and squeeze of lime. Don’t forget to smother it in our sesame ginger dressing, or your taste buds will never forgive the missed opportunity.

Preparation Instructions: Spread veggies out on a baking sheet and heat them in the oven at 350 or 8 minutes. Heat rice separately. Fill your bowl halfway with rice, then arrange everything else on top. Douse in dressing and enjoy! Or try it cold!

Ingredients:

Jar 1 – Veggies and Tempeh (Cooked: Organic Yellow & Green Split Peas, Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Fungi Starter (Rhizopus Oligosporus), Mushrooms, Cabbage, Carrots, Kale, Broccoli, Olive Oil, Salt)

Jar 2 – Brown Rice, Olive Oil, Salt

Jar 3 – Bean Sprouts, Cilantro, Lime

Jar 4 – Dressing (Olive Oil, Coconut Aminos, Rice Vinegar, Dijon, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Green Onions)
