5/4/24 Asian Fusion (GF & Vegan): Drunken noodles with Asian Slaw
Drunken noodles, also known as drunkard noodles are Thai dish thought to have originated as a cure for the drunkies (true story). While we recommend everything in moderation, this hearty dish is a treat no matter what state of mind you might be in. This dish features one of our house made sauces, plenty of tofu and local veggies plus a fresh Asian style slaw with sweet rice vinaigrette.
Ingredients: 
Jar 1 – (Tofu & Veggies) Bell Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Mushroom, Carrots, Tofu, Tamari, Agave, Sriracha, Rice Vinegar.
Jar 2 – (Noodles) Rice Noodles, Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Tamari.
Jar 3 – (Asian Slaw) Green Cabbage, Carrots, Edamame.
Jar 4 – (Dressing) Rice Vinegar, Dijon, Agave, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Tahini, Sesame Oil, Tamari.
Cooking Instructions: Heat tofu and vegetables separately from the noodles. Serve over noodles. Toss slaw with dressing and serve.

 

4/27/24 Asian Fusion (GF & Vegan): Sesame Tofu with Coconut Rice
Sesame tofu with coconut rice, tamari roasted green beans and scallions.
Ingredients:
Jar 1 – (Sesame Tofu) Tofu, Bell Peppers, Onion, Tamari, Rice Vinegar, Garlic, Sesame Oil, Agave, Arrowroot.
Jar 2 – Jasmine Rice, Coconut Oil, Coconut flakes
Jar 3 – Asparagus, tamari, Rice Vinegar, Garlic, Sesame Oil, Agave, Arrowroot
Jar 4 – Shallots, palm oil
Cooking Instructions: 
Heat tofu, rice and green beans separately. Serve tofu over rice with green beans on the side. Garnish with scallions.
